Alpha Omega was built to fill that void.

Community is at the heart of health and happiness. Yet, in today’s modern culture, it is incredibly easy to experience burnout and emptiness when relying on secular apps to meet people. If you are walking with God, finding opportunities to share your journey and build authentic relationships can feel nearly impossible.

Using our Catholic faith as our foundation, we bring adults together across Utah to have fun, explore our beautiful state, and grow deeper in faith together. We operate on a low-pressure, exciting, and highly relational model built around our core values of Faith, Integrity, Authenticity, and Truth.

Kick off the upcoming liturgical season with us! Starting the week of November 29, 2026, we will host weekly Zoom and in-person check-ins reading Advent and Christmas Wisdom from St. Thérèse of Lisieux. It’s the perfect, low-pressure way to meet other members and prepare your heart for Christmas.

  • Come with an open heart. You do not need to be a theological expert, but you should be open to growing closer to God, His Son, and His Mother.
  • Respect the foundation. Understand and respect that our group is rooted in the teachings and traditions of the Catholic faith.
Authenticity & Truth
  • Drop the masks. Leave the pressures of modern social media culture at the door. Show up as your real, authentic self.
  • Speak with charity. Engage in open, honest, and transparent conversations while always keeping speech respectful and kind.
  • Maintain confidentiality. Keep personal stories shared during book clubs or deep faith discussions private to ensure a safe space for everyone.

  • Be present. Put your phone away during discussions to focus on building genuine, face-to-face friendships.
